In addition to its famous GRADE A flash frozen duck foie gras, Rougié now offers EXTRA flash frozen duck foie gras. Rougié combines the selection of optimal foie gras size/texture to its flash freezing expertise. The result is the freshest and highest yielding foie gras available on the market. The Chefs asked for it. We made it available to them and helped reduce the stress of seeing foie gras melt away in the skillet.
